Server RAM

Alright guys, I have a problem. My server never uses more than 760 MB RAM, when it has 5gigs
The second after I run the start command

after I log on the server

This is a bit weird, and it could be something capping my RAM usage, which could be very bad.

I don't get your question but if you mean right after you start your server the ram bar just loads up all the way and then returns normaly to around 700MB then thats normal for most servers because it needs to be booted up so...

No, my server never goes more than 760 MB of RAM. I even tried WorldEditing a large piece of land to test, no difference.
My question is, why is it stuck at 760mb?
And with the amount of plugins we have, it shouldn't be this low.

Are you with the hosting company Beastnode (stats look very similar to a Beastnode server)?

Also, note that that is your Java Load or CPU usage of your allocated allowance. It is not your RAM usage.
