Closes my thread, saying i have two different accounts.

Me and my bro both sell on the site, can he check the time to see our IP's only match at Christmas etc or not ? We are both on different regularally ISP's when we are not together.

Never had a scam report being selling since august 2018, only one unfair neg feedback on the whole on my thread and loads of vouches praising my service. See other sellers who sell my item you wont see this.

As stated earlier, due to the IP matches between @bladeds and @david.dod1g102 I considered it as the same person and closed their respective sales threads. iirc we did not accept the "siblings" reason in the past as well. Upto you guys @Flengo @T-800 @Ahl

Here's the 2 options that are available:

1. Only one of the accounts can have a PayPal Account sales thread.
2. Both can have a thread (selling different things) but if one of the accounts is banned for scamming, the other will also be.

We've had people in the same situation and this always closed the threads down since it can be viewed as using 2+ accounts to maintain thread views and MP front page.

If you check our threads, mine is only Paypal already ( I did and have stopped selling eBay's to new customers ). My bro is eBay+PayPal so different.

Neither of us have ever had a scam report, i've been trading over one year and my bro i think about 1 year. For our selling category i think this is also not the norm, my thread if full of feedback saying how good my service is.

@Ahl i would also say the same common sense can see we live in different locations most of the year. IP match would be Christmas and holiday in South Africa, and when were down in london together ( again another legit ISP since it was rented accommodation )

Well i mean were grown up adults who live in different locations most of the year, i would understand if minors living at home. Common sense can see when ip match and dont.

I mean i rented a flat in a completely different location with a legit ISP and my bro the same ? just to scam.

Any proof we can offer, for you to waive the caveat (Option 2)?

Not really options but requirements.

You can both have your threads up as long as you're selling entirely different things. If one account gets banned for scamming, both will be banned.

Get someone to edit the required thread(s) to make sure they comply with this. Then it can be opened again.

Flengo is the superior staff so his ruling supercedes. Was a mistake on my end for how I worded it.

Also the options are for staff, not for the users. We've never let the sellers choose what happens. It gets discussed and the appropriate action gets taken.

Remove PayPal from your thread and it'll be reopened. Otherwise only one of you will be having an opened thread.

OK, confusing for me.

I get one reply of information (as you say, worded poorly).

Then conflicting reply.

I wouldn't automatically know which staff member has superiority.

Definiently could have had much better communication from MPGH staff.

I will remove PayPal from my thread.

I assume, I just go to the closed thread, and ask a MOD to update it with the revision?

Yeah just ask for someone to update your thread and then they should be able to open it for you.
