'Witch' is still a word, therefore there are no misspellings present, only the incorrect usage of an alternate word form.

That aside, I have a few friends who may want to speak to. They have been in the gaming industry for a good 3-4 years or so. They would recommend freelancing before looking for big business as it looks good on CV's as experience etc. I can definitely look into it if need be.

Going through my IT Program right now and I took a class on game design because I thought that was what I was going to be doing. Turns out my instructor was a fucking moron and didn't know what the fuck she was doing. I now hate anything that has to do with creating a game.

OT: Though I have not worked in the industry, I would imagine it is pretty laid back. I mean you're obviously going to be doing work but if you enjoy it then it wont feel like work at all.
I don't know how well the pay is though.

I don't work in the game industry, butdid work in the movie industry. Best advice I can offer is never do a course that has the word "Game" or "gaming" in it. Software engineering, Arts, literature, design, networking all good fields to do in order to get a foot in qualification wise.

Many companies take on volunteers for community staff position, being in this position greatly increases your chances of getting a job. And you do not need to wait to finish your education before applying for such a position.

I've always wanted to be a game tester, like the guys on "Grandma's boy"
that job would be so fun, just getting paid to play games all day and test them out.

Game Tester is nothing like the movie. It's about 50% documentation, and 50% replaying the exact same portion of a game over and over again.
