the new Nexon Game manager difficulty

uhm... i'm new to this website but just yesterday i tried to go on to korean warrock, and it said i needed this nexon game manager (NGM) but it won't install properly does anyone have any suggestions?

What error do you get while installing? Have you also got Nexon Plug installed?

well i install it and everything ( i do have nexon plugin ) and when i do that for some reason its not korean its just ??????????'s although i do have a korean lang pack it says ?????????????????????F5??????????? something like that i would put a screenshot in but i don't know how :S

To post a screenshot you go to https://www.imageshack.us upload the image link (you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page and copy the last link) and paste it here or use the attachment tab (the little paper clip, you can see it while making a post.)

and also i've tried to start KWR from the website but that still doesn't work i just get a load of korean symbols and NGM error and it just won't start

Have you tried reinstalling Korean Warrock?

uhmm.. how do i make a printscreen picture a .jpg file because i just put it in as a microsoftword file and it won't accept it
