Bot lane should have 1 of the following setups... ADC/Tank Bruiser and Support (Basic), ADC and Tank (Push lane), or ADC/Tanky Bruiser and ADC/Tanky Bruiser (Kill lane)
Basic Bot Lane: In this setup having an ADC and Support will allow you guys to get a nice snowball as long as the lane is doing well. This mean that the ADC will get the kills like it is supposed to and the Support will get tons of assists to help pay for the pricy build that comes with supporting. The downfall to this is if the enemy have a "Kill Lane" then the support will get targeted rather quickly and be brought down early on if they get caught. But if the enemy lane does not kill the support fast enough then this will allow the ADC to kill both of the enemy ADC causing the snowball to occur and shut down bot lane fast. This same thing goes for the "Push Lane" this setup can be quite a troubling process. Reason being that if the enemy has a skilled tank then the tank will take the hits allowing the ADC to setup for the kill on your teams support which wont be to bad but if the ADC on their team can kill your ADC then the support is left to die causing there team to snowball. On the other hand though if you focus the ADC before the tank then the tank is left and generally tanks don't do much damage (Depending on build) so this will allow either for an easy kill or force the tank to B back allowing for some great CS.
Quick Tips: The support is in charge of several key things... Placing wards at the right spots to avoid ganks and to avoid back dooring. They will also be in charge of keeping the ADC alive at all costs even if it means to sacrifice their own life. Supports also need to have a great amount of map awareness in case a lane fails to call MIA and there is a risk at the Bot ADC getting ganked.
