[Request] YouTube background and avatar?

Hello GFX Section, today I come to you with a request.

Since I've become a YouTube partner I figured it's about time to make my channel look better.

Theme of the Graphic: YouTube Background and Avatar
Theme of colour: Orange-Gray/Silver ; Black & Blue ; Blue & White ; Blue & Gray/Silver; Red and Black ; Red & Gray/Silver
Any text added ?: "DJay16" on the top
(If so) What position, preffered colour, size: You can choose.
Any additional vector images you want to add (Post Links): See the bottom -----vvv

**Addition information: I'm giving creative control to you. I have also given you 6 color schemes you can choose from. I want you to pick which ever you are most comfortable to work with, to get a better result.

I'm looking for something like this. It can have a C4D like PyroPyx OR simple and clean like Lefty's.
