ARMA OA CD KEY Whit the Dlc's Windows 8.1 Problem

Well i have been banned from the oa, and i bougth a new cd key, but the problem is i can make work the arma2+oa whit the cd key changer, But when i try to do the same whit oa+arma2+dlc's, It trow me errors , becuase the dlc's cant read or dont have acces to the key,

I need instrucctions of how make it work this because it pisses me off, i bougth the dlc's for the textures but now i cant make it work.

Did you buy the game through steam on another account?

The key i bougth was from steam, in other account, so i use the cd on my banned oa steam account, that have the dlc's i bougth.

Just a way how i did this:

Actually i have non-steam version of game, but i think there is the same solution:

You bought new key -> Changed it through Darky Ban checker\CD-key Changer v.1.1 so, after this DLC's cannot be loaded when you launch the game (decryption headers failed errors), so just uninstall DLC's (RFT = BAF+PMC) -> just install them again using installer of these DLC's -> installer ask you that you need put a key\keys for them -> using keygen for that, do it -> you've done.
