    What information would be helpful in a fishing bot?

    Howdy.

    I'm redesigning my fishing bot from scratch using CheatEngine + Lua.

    What information would be helpful to you, if you were to glance at the bot?

    Planned ideas:
    Session ID (would be great if I could find a stable pointer to get char/account name).
    Time spent fishing.
    Fish Caught.
    Boots Collected.
    MapID.
    X/Y/Z co-ordinates.

    Actual value of glim-worth of fish inventory, and the "glim per hour"

    Boots collected would just be a comical annoyance statistic haha

    I guess that's something that could be added, solong as the price of fish doesn't change very frequently. Seems like a lot of maintenance for either myself or the user though.

    Via boots collected could add something like time spent catching divided by the amount of fish caught or boots caught for an average fish/hour rate.

    I won't prioritize it in comparison to fish though.
