So there is a user that says he is part of the Anti-Cheat Staff and he is going around manually banning people if there hacking. So maybe the 5% of people getting banned are from him.

How is that even possible? How can he ban people if he doesn't have their account name?

I tested with bots and it instantly disconnected me from bo2, but just that, im playing a tdm without the hacks.. im scared lol

Call BS on that, hacks working perfectly for like 600+ people... and yes its UNDETECTED not DETECTED.
