The question is, is there a way to track someone without being in a law enforcement via phone number or something? Because as you remember I've made numerous threads regarding to my friend returning the laptop, I just now send him a pissed off message and I will be going to visit his apartment when my dad arrives so 4 weeks he kept pushing the return date, I'm getting really pissed and upset + he has ignored my messages ever since we last spoke, doesn't it feel like a little poor cunt who can't get a job or get other used laptop?

He even has a phone with cracked screen , Which also means; never trust people even when they're closest to you. Even my mum pointed out "Now you know."
