My Garry's Mod doesn't find any LUA and module files

My garry's mod can't find LUA and modules. Alright, I've got Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 1 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) installed, I doesn't have \Steam\steamapps\[username]\garrysmod\garrysmod\lua\bin well I created that folder ( I've put my username ) I put scripts over there and still doesn't work even my \steam\steamapps\common\garrysmod\garrysmod\lua\bi n doesn't seems working. Atleast I can run LUA scripts with custom directory. I was thinking about reinstalling Steam but I don't know if it'll work. Any solutions?

I've just figure out that folder with username in steamapps is not longer usable.
