[Making] Free Image Titles

Hey, everyone!
I'm willing to make custom image titles for free.

Requirements:
At least 1337 posts / or Premium member / or Staff member (must meet at least one of the reqs.)

Your request must follow this format:
Background Colour: (Please be as specific as possible, eg 'Dark Blue/Navy' instead of 'Blue')
Text: (7 Characters at max, or 8 with a reduced font size)
Text Colour: (White is recommended)
Icon URL:
Swirl: (Yes/No)
