Banned or not?

Hey guys,
I hacked with normal wallhack.. nothing special and some weeks ago i just get the e´same error every time.
In fact it is not an error:
I launch black ops normally over steam and it trys to connect.
after a few minutes it says the same thing every time : couldnt conect to black ops server plz visit COD .com ...blablabla but it doesnt say that im banned or smthing like that... so AM I BANNED OR NOT??
and if not how can i fix this??

Well, it should come up an error, but i also have the same error, but i think it might be the some connection problems, just check what games you are banned for like what @Isaakske wrote
