On Dragon Valley, somebody changed the US Carrier into a "Chinese Carrier". The Carrier flag was Chinese, and they could even use the C-RAM on it, but the US could not. I have been looking for the hack to change flags no matter what they are. If you could help me find it that would be much appreciated
