Yeah, lost 24 kilograms in 2 months.
If you want to save the complicated stuff: don't eat nothing else but vegetables and clean meat like chicken without the skin, avoiding possible fat and fish.
That along with working out should do the job

I would recommend watching the amounts of calories and sugars in foods, come up with a nice diet with myplate. exercise is very important as well. In fact I wouldn't recommend going to gym as I feel you meet your accomplishments easier when doing stuff around your house as you can track your progress by how much cleaner or organized your house gets. Also, remember to have a schedule, your body will be more fit and slim in months. Good luck, pm me for questions and please post progress.

Exercise And Eat Some Food
Try to decrease the consumption of food everyday, so if you have 2 sandwiches for dinner, make it 1 sandwich, and goto the gym and do some exercise, and try to go bike-riding and jogging.

Go out for a jog every morning, eat a piece of fruit as soon as you get up (will give you energy, and will make you feel less hungry). Try to reduce the amount of snacks you have, and try to get fruit as a snack. Drink water instead of soda.

get a blood test done and go to a dietitian that will make a you an extensive plan how to eat correctly.
also take 1 hour of your day off to go outside of your home and run (if not possible go to a gym).
get better and better untill you will notice excersizing brings you joy
