What are some of the best E-Cigs for under $25? I heard that eGo was really good for people on a budget, plus they have a shit ton of flavors.

try vapenw.com they are pretty cheap. both ecigs and vapes.
To start vaping you can buy any brand 1100mAh battery. Any tank will do, the cheapest will be the ones that usually come matching with the 1100s.
If you want to get a lil more fancy try a ProTank. They're not too expensive but they look much nicer.
My first "real" setup was an 1100mAh + ProTank II.
To this day I still use the protank though.

There are tons of cheap vapes online, for $25 you won't get that nice of one tbh.

A great setup would be a Vision Spinner V2 with an Aspire Nautilus or Atlantis tank. It'll be pricey, but it will get you off smoking, and those tanks can also produce good vapor considering the ohms are near sub ohming. At my shop i can get you out the door with that setup for about 80 bucks.
