Developer's Console incoming.

No, this isn't the game's developer's console. ( I don't like touching the .text section of the executable. VAC totally hates that )
This is custom-drawn.

I've already added:
- Dvar editing
- Dynamic offset finding ( For them updates )
- Aimbot/ESP configurations

Anything else you guys would suggest I add?

Changed up a few stuff.
Made it easier to edit dvars ( without that "allow_drop" thing )
