Get the FPS you want out of your game. These commandlines will help you do just that. A full archive of commandlines ranging from Low End to Ultra settings.
Ultra End Commandline (4K)
Ultra End Commandline (1080p)
Ultra End Commandline (720p)
High End Commandline (1080p)
High End Commandline (720p)
Medium End Commandline (1080p)
Medium End Commandline (720p)
Low End Commandline (720p)
Desperate Commandline (Ultra low settings)

For example, I was running High/Ultra mixed settings at 720p at 38-45 FPS average, tops of 65 FPS and after using my High End 1080p I'm getting 50+ FPS on all maxed settings.

To install, Simply place the desired commandline.txt into your GTA: V directory and start the game.

You can just open the .txt file and see for yourself. It changes the games graphics settings to suit your needs. If you use the desperate one, it'll change the settings to very very very very very low, something you can't do via the menu, only by altering the values directly.

Good for those who don't know how to edit detailed graphics settings on OpenIV.

Still rather use the latter. FPS is key.

amd r9 290 didnt work, dropped fps from 51 to 27

Made it worse for me. I've had around 55-60fps in city with motion, ultra settings and around 35-40 in hills/desert, but now i have 35-50 in city with motion and it can drop up to 15-20 in hills with your 1080p ultra (even tho its lower than i had). Thats kinda BS.

To revert this i just need to delete commandline.txt in my folder, or i have to manually reset and edit my graphic settings again?
