Rage hack means playing with your hack obiviosly , i dont know rage boosting

Rage hacking, The guy hacking is obviously cheating not trying to hide it. Rage boosting I assume means the guy cheating tries to kill everybody as quick as possible, gaining as many wins as you can.

Rage hacking is when you hack extremely obliviously, looking through walls, using anti-aim and extreme aimbot e.t.c.
Basically, rage hacking will get you overwatch banned very quickly if you do it. Leading to a VACation.
