I know already how to change it, I just don't know what string to use so I can activate it by holding down the right mouse button.

I changed to left shift, works like a charm. open the Speehack.CT and replace "isKeyPressed(VK_E)" with "isKeyPressed(VK_LSHIFT)"

right Click and do open with notepad, then change the E to any letter you want to use. Then close it and reopen it with Cheatengine.
