Do toggle hotkey with sound (if you can do) for fullscreen please, I don't want to be alt tabbed for a switch.
And for the sensitivity can you explain how to easier as possible ^^" ? I want to make it lower (like 1.50 ~ 1.70) for myself

You do a really great job with that script.

If you want lower sensitivity you have to decrease mouse DPI. Maybe if you look into the code and change all the decimal uints in dll call (multiply them by sensitivity and divide by 2.52) it may work, but I still don't think it will or you will have to tune it. So mouse DPI is the way to go

just a little hype... I have been working on new recoil thingy that allows me to extract the official patterns in few minutes -- that means I will be able to create the best possible norecoil for every weapon. Just a sneak peak:

(the little red line is the recoil near the AK)
Note that I used weapon_accuracy_nospread 1 <-- this disables the randomness that can be avoided only by using memory reading and that is something I don't wanna do since that would make this detected over time (I want this to stay forever UD)

Also, should I keep this AHK or rewrite it with C# with GUI where you could select modifiers (only do recoil when alt + lmb etc...), also there would probably be custom keybinds and stuff, you decide https://strawpoll.me/4335921

Please keep it in AHK! It is so much easier to use and don't have to keep tabbing in and out.
