Works exactly the same way as ship claiming any company, Amazon, Asos, John Lewis etc.

Pretty much. "I never got the pkg, pkg was damaged in transit, etc. etc." You can even make bogus Amazon/Newegg receipts for Apple products using generators readily available online. The $200 price tag is a total ripoff for something you can easily do yourself.

These activities are of course illegal and I do not advise that you attempt it. When the shit hits the fan on his side you will likely be dragged down along with it, not that Apple really go after small fries....

I thought apple was hard as fuck to SE and it would take private and complex methods. Never thought never arrived or package damaged would work on Apple :O. I'd like JTAW answer tho.

He's just offering a service, if don't agree with his service, you don't agree with any service on MPGH. With the right knowledge, everything is easy. He's just giving an oppurtunity for people who don't have this knowledge or for lazy people like me.
