How to change appearance of your character. [All Platforms]

1. Create 2nd character (no matter how it will look).
2. Up lvl to 6 on 2nd character.
3. Choose main character through the menu change characters.
4. Choose 2nd character through the menu change characters.
5. When you see the proposal to change the appearance, you need to disable the Internet and wait for an error message about connection failed to Rockstar's servers.
6. Now go in singleplayer. After load enable the Internet and choose main character through the menu change characters.
7. Accept the proposal to change the appearance and change as you need.
8. PROFIT!

u need main character and second character with 6 level, no more no less. than it's work. I did it 06.13.2015. Worked.

Thank you Rublicon! It worked for me at the 1st try. I disabled connection with putting out my internet cable from router and then plugged in back in singleplayer. Thanks again

Hm wierd i was told by like everyone that it didn't matter what the main characters level was, But that explains it why it didn't work for me.

Why don't you just take a mod menu like Endeavour and reset your appearance? This seems like more work.

At least I know 8 steps to reproduce this "Data could not be loaded from the Rockstar cloud servers at this time. Please try again later." error message now, used to come randomly but now I can freely reproduce it, yey.
(It didn't work, this error appeared every time at the last step trying to choose my main character after the dc. Took me 2 hours to get a char to 6 and test these steps 3 times to make sure they're perfectly reproducing the bug )

You know it's way to much work when it involved turning off your internet haha when you could open a menu and do it, i agree haha.
