well have you tried tweeking your cheat to the visual studios setup, cause sometimes if your cheat isnt compatible with the V.S it wont work

I am confused here, do I have to uninstall all of those programs from the first picture or just the one that is highlighted? Also I only have 1 visual studio which I am pretty sure is the correct one and it still doesn't compile correctly. I am installing windows SDK right now and I will see if that fixes it.
