It means don't use options you've never heard of and clearly you don't know what he's talking about so when you decide to inject this, leave the options on default, DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING! Just inject and go. Simple.

Considering this one hasn't even been released yet, you should probably go to the thread of the actual release you have to get insight on that. Or wait for THIS update to see if the problem is fixed. To me it sounds like safemode in his own wording or some kind of warning message. Most likely attached to the key you're pressing for whatever option it enabkes.

Why is it taking so long for this to get approved?

Because that's how it is, deal with it. There are plenty of menus you can use while you wait. You're not the one who has to verify these and you should appreciate the fact they take their time so you don't get viruses or anything trying to download unsuspectingly.

I don't think invisibility is working, players I've no clipped around start to shoot at me. I appear invisible on my screen but the option isn't green in the menu.
