how to get k relay to work

i hope you can help me out, i been searching a solution for this everywhere and i can't find the way to open k relay.

okay, i downloaded the last version, extrated it and i got this

when i open k relay.exe i get this error

spanish is my main lenguage, sorry.
how do i exactly open it? with java, swl files? how

1) Siga este video.
2) Reinstalar .NET v4.5 framework https://www.microsof*****m/en-us/down....aspx?id=42642
3) Reinstalar Microsoft C++ https://support.microsof*****m/en-us/kb/2977003
4) Si esto no soluciona el problema de instalar Windows.
