No one knows. It's not just free space past the planets and a few stars. It never ends and we know that for sure. I am sure humans are not the only beings in the universe. I'm not sure you understand just how far 900,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00 0,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, 000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00 0,000,000,000 light years away is... 9.0 x 10^122 light years. I'd go as far as to say that, that might be larger then the infinitely expanding universe. Considering the most distant object ever seen in the visible universe was 1.3 x 10^10 light years away, that's 1~2 billion years after the big bang. I assume eventually the classical 3-dimensional method of measurement should become obsolete once we have a better understanding of the 4th(time),5th,6th,7th,8th,9th,10th and 11th dimension. Your God hypothesis just adds another incomprehensible variable to an already difficult question.

Well assuming that we live in a universe which is part of a multiverse, there could be an infinite amount of MPGH's in parallel universes, perhaps there's an MPGH w/o choobs, somewhere in the universes.
