It was always common. It has only been illegal for less than a century of human history.
As another poster already mentioned: the government shouldn't even have the right to tell us what we can or cannot put into our bodies anyway.
It cures patients so it by 2 years from now it will be legalised everywhere.
Obviously the lagalization of marijuana would have countless benefits (financial, medical and recreational), however, there's a very negative name attached to this plant: "a gateway drug". This means that a number of people (especially those who have little knowledge on the subject) may consider marijuana as dangerous as other (hard) drugs, and therefore be against legalizing it. Personally I think that both alcohol and cigarrettes, being potentially far more dangerous than marijuana, are the gateway drug.

Its should be legalized but with certain conditions so that it should not be misused in any manner. Thanks
Having the freedom to choose is what America is about
Coming from a country where it is legal I say it's better not to legalise it.

Legalise all the marijuana.
Legalize all the way. Keeping pot money in banks rather than under dealers mattresses to fund organized crime is the best way to reduce crime.
Everyone is going to die faster and there will be a huge market of it lol. Children would be affected by this greatly.
My vote is clearly back up by this
