This is a guide with hack repost because his guide wasnt very detailed, plz dont close+I included Perx]
This isnt patched yet, I just played like 20 games with it.
Steps after extracting files:

DONT TRUST? DONT DOWNLOAD. SIMPLE
1. Run Perx as Admin, put a x in >close after injection< and set injection on automatic
2.click browse on Perx and select Kiba.dll
4. instead of GUNz.exe or whatever it is, change it to >> crossfire.exe <<
5.Run Crossfire as admin on compatibility mode, Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
6.Start the game
7.If the game closes weird you might get a gamegaurd error when trying to run it again, if so just restart your computer
KEYS:
[Laptop users, press FN+F11 to use numpad]
0=cham colors<<
1=cham colors>>
2=xhair
3=full bright/wallhack (Im still pretty sure they dont get hurt if you shoot at them through walls, if your gonna use this, I recomend having chams off)
4= idk what it does nothing?

5=xhair reline if you press 8
7= makes xhair bigger (I get more headshots idk why with MP7)
9 and 6=xhair colors
8= move xhair down and right
DEL=wireframe/no HUD
INS=tags theres 2 of them
