Most of the common/well-known bypasses work by forcing cvars (bypassers like gdaap). The point of the sv_allowcslua bypasses is to bypass sv_allowcslua, not anti-cheats. No public bypasses bypass any common/good anti-cheats like QAC or !CAC.
The "good" bypassers such as external2 or blue bypass are the ones you should be using. Neither of them force any cvars and won't get you banned by even the shittiest of anti-cheats. Keep in mind they aren't bypassing the anti-cheat(s).
I suggest to use external2 as it doesn't force cvars and doesn't require you to have your script in the Steam directory preventing file-stealers from "stealing" your script.
