No. 50 km/h is car speed, and since bots don't seem to pay attention to pathing, it looks like you're driving through buildings.

Stick to anything below 10 km/h.

Err, let it get pokestops but make sure you set it in config to 0 pokemon catches to prevent further bans. Im unsure at this time of soft-bans and if their marks or bans. just stay safe
