"HELP OUT. REPORT HACKING!
Addressing Hackers and How YOU Can Help!
Greetings!
Hackers take the fun out of any game, and we don’t want to see that happen to AVA. We know this is a serious issue, and we want to do everything we can to fix it!
WHAT IS EN MASSE DOING?
During CBT and OBT, we focused on identifying hackers and developing systems to deal with them. This will help us keep the real hackers out of the game and not mistakenly ban legitimate players who are accused of hacking.
This week will be the first major “ban wave” for players we’ve identified as hackers. Players who are banned will no longer be able to play AVA or any other En Masse games across all of their En Masse accounts.
Everyone should be aware of the Rules of Conduct here.
and the Terms of Service here.
While this is a big step in the right direction, there is still a lot of work to be done. We may have won this battle, but we haven’t yet won the war.
WE STILL NEED YOUR HELP!
Your reports are incredibly helpful to us. If you see a hacker in game, please let us know!
Here are the best ways to let us know about hackers:
1. In-game reporting
Take a moment to report the hacker using the in-game reporting tool (yes, we do look at those). Leave a description of the hacking behavior you observed, so we know what to look for in the logs.
We don’t rely on in-game reports alone, due to the possibility of false reports. However, the reports let us know who we need to look at more carefully.
2. Submitting tickets
Evidence, in the form of a video (preferred) or screenshots, is the best way to identify hacking behavior. If you are able to capture evidence of hacking behavior, please submit a ticket to share it with us.
When submitting a ticket reporting a hacker, please also include:
- Name of hacker
- Date and time (including time zone)
- Description of the hacking behavior
With your help, we can keep hackers out of the game and keep AVA awesome. Thank you all for your continued support and passion for the game. See you on the battlefield!
Sincerely,
Lawllipops"

Might just be a simple IP ban on their network, I mean, I've been doing my thing since day one of OBT and I'm not banned yet, but I've been laying on the low for a while now, and Freddy got banned and he bypassed it as well, so idk. From what I heard on their forums or the Discord (I can't remember) they are changing their ban method when the relaunch happens (I believe that they are just IP banning now, and the HWID will take place when Relaunch occurs, but that may just be a rumor.)
LMAO this game is screwed. My main (with $60+ spent on it) got banned right before the transfer and I quit the game. Glad to see it's going downhill, screw the game in general. And no, I never hacked on my main, but I guess they MAC-ID'd me or something of that nature. GG.
