Kinda had a question like this, since the "proof" had a bank confirmed, as I know banks verify paypal accounts too.

I am not providing VBAs, but it's not needed to verify an account, adding bank account wont change the opportunity to trigger paypal security.

actually Bank accounts will make the account verified, I've done it myself and there are services out there that charges more, your price is very cheap, I might buy some from you, already have you on skype

Is that an US account then? Not sure about that, I tried to verify with just the bank account before, but never worked for me. Might be cause im in the EU.
