I got banned in ava, if i try to login i have info "Your account is banned or suspended" but i didnt got anything on my email, what i need 2 do now ?

so that will say, i got banned for that?? so new account? am getting User Auncention thing popping up, even am from norway, which is in Europe, how can i get this to work??? havent played AVA for like almost 2 months now xD.... will be happy if i was getting a answer for this
