Some of you dont know :
Payday 2 is not using VAC or any kind of protection so you cannot be banned at all! Cool right? But if you unlock legendary skins and use dlcs you dont own you'll get a cheater tag which is almost nothing.
I used the MVP 3.3 for cheating but It needs to be updated

Not sure what you meant, ingame you'll see that you are able to purchase all kinds of dlc skins,weapons,etc.

seems like its not working for me .. i followed exact what he said, didnt work.

be sure to only copy the IPHLPAPI.dll and the mods file rather than taking the new file you extracted them within.
