Does DECA ban for cheat engine/speedhack (more often than kabam at least)?

Last time I played was in the Kabam era, I used to use speedhack and perma-cloak to rush abysses in under a minute. I don't know if DECA has improved their security or what, so I don't want to try it without confirmation

As far as I know, I do not think speedhack or cheat engine works anymore.
People say cheat engine works for going SLOWER, but everything else should be server sided.
Not sure about ban, but I think it just DCs you if your speed ever goes above your max allowed speed, but not below.

I've used Speed Hack Numerous times today alone. So no, it's not patched. I'm not sure about the whole 'ban' part though, as no one seems to catch me.

I think a player named Xiolest may have been banned a long time ago for speed hacks. But that was Laban era.
