Help with Crosshairs and VB6!

ok,ok here is how to make a dot in center of the screen,the only thing i cant get is how to keep it above the game.

ok in your properties of the form,this has to be a blank form.

in properties make border style "none",shrink form to a little dot (as small as it will go).back in properties change color to white or w/e,and also center in screen in start up position,also find movable in properties and make it false,now run it u should have a dot in the center of your screen.

ps.i dont know how to make it stay above the game to see it.srry
