Looks good, IMO. Would be better with a singular motive though, instead of a second skull. Team logos are usually centered around a single thing, motive or perhaps word(s). This design would be great for, for example,
the facebook background page of the team, whilst the logo could just contain, as mentioned, a streamlined motive.

I like the logo, it's super clean. Although if you do have a portofolio and you present your pictures like that, fix the background bro. It has layers of banding showing (due to the gradient only allowing 255 colours in 1 picture, which is because you're working on 8 bit). Switch your document type to 16 bit with a colour picker of 16 bit and then merge the background layer with a new layer (or rasterize it) and then add 0.5% noise to it so that it's a smoother gradient without any banding.
