You can use CompactGUI app (or console) xpress16k compression to reduce Fortnite folder size from 15 gb to 200 mb
Its really light on CPU resources. CompactGUI will take it to 1gb, after that just delete

How to use ?
- Make sure the game is in US English language
- Play on your account 3 games without cheats to confirm its not IP banned. Any kick == IP ban
- Create folder "tmp" on drive C (C:\tmp)
- Extract archive to C:\tmp (check screen above). Its retard check. If u cant extract zip u shouldn't run cheats ^^
- Run epic launcher as admin
- Run bypass as admin
- Start game
- Setup aim sensivity in the game
