Install Visual Studio 2005,2008,2010,2012,2013 and 2015 32 and 64 bit version.

Do this for more no DLL problem

I installed a pack that contains all, installed everything right, even then it continues the DLL error, it worked fine at first, then I took disconnect from the game and asked for that damn DLL !!!
