4 days a week and then the first Saturday of each month
Go the Gym every day for one hour is that ok?
I exercise 6 times a week in the gym. four days of them are with cardio and two are without. The rest are bodybuilding.
Currently doing a push/pull/legs split so 6x per week.
Exercise every morning.
Once a month I would say, I'm not fat but I guess I'm a bit overweight.
I don't do exercise (I gained 15 Kilograms in 4 months. Fuckkk )
Every single day , I run track , every 2nd day I include the gym in the morning or late night depending when my training session of track is.
42000 steps per week.
I run a PHUL routine + MMA. So technically exercise 7 days a week but lift 6.
I personally work out atleast 4 times a week, and give my body some rest.
