But the offset of C80, I don't know what it does, right

this boost one make ur refil from some especial vehicle b fast ( orange bar )
melle damag change how much ur hit will look like ( more strong or not )

the boost only works for cars that have a booster like the rocket voltic, or the oppressor, perhaps even the vigilante, not the speed of your car. Melee damage modifier is how much damage you do with your fist. set it to 1000 and kick a car, it will explode and fly away. I just wanted to say that the profile I had that got perma banned, had at least 110 elegy retro customs.

I know, I was sitting on them for a while before I planned to sell them to buy the weaponized vehicles and aircraft but that's all gone now, my other account has like 24 so at least I still have those.

Ok, BOOST I've already understood what it means.
But, Melee damage modifier, My offset is C84, I will change it to 1000, I can hit a flying car, a punch to kill other players
In my case, the C80 doesn't seem to have any effect

What this allows you to do is chance how much money you earn from a parachute race

How to use
1.) Start GTA 5 in Singleplayer.
2.) Press ESC -> Online -> Play GTA Online -> Solo Mode.
3.) Loaded into GTA:O, ESC -> Online -> Jobs -> Rockstar Created -> Parachute -> View of Vespucci.
4.) Enter the lobby and don't change anything. Always assure being alone doing hacky and shady stuff.
5.) Wait till the chopper scene and the countdown.
6.) Start Cheat Engine with the respective Cheat Table (*.CT).
7.) While Cheat Engine in Focus, press the little green-red flashing Computer-Icon at the upper left corner, choose GTA5.exe from the process list.
8.) Tick/check (also called "freeze") the "Click me hard!" box as "Active".
9.) Replace the two "First Entry" and "Second Entry" values 30 and 40 with 1000. DO NOT FREEZE THESE VALUES! (for me 2130 works best but i only score 15 point smax to not go over 99k
10.) Do not pass through any checkpoint. Just head for the finishline and land properly in the middle.
11a.) End screen will show you your GTA$ reward.
11b.) Your GTA$ reward ain't high? Something about 70k-ish? Increase the value from 1000 by 100 every time, till you reach GTA$99.999 as the reward. Do not go past GTA$100.000!
12.) Wait for the mission selection screen, go for "repeat", wait till it loads, cycle through the menu again, wait for the chopper scene, start again with "9.)".

DO NOT FREEZE THE VALUES OR GO OVER 100k IN 1 MISSION AS THIS WILL GET YOU BANNED!!

I wanted to change my melee and bullet damage amount so I can cause serious damage, kind of like explosive melee/ammo, but every time I try and change the amount in the menu the game crashes, any idea or walkthrough on how to adjust it?

I am just curious as I want to use CE to level up RP, nothing more. Is CE safe to use as is, or do I need to do any extra steps to make it okay? New to GTAV, read a lot of the posts here but didn't see anything specifically stating if CE is safe, even though directions don't mention it. Just asking for redundancy, thanks for response.
