Sorry to ask a silly question. because this is an external cheat does that mean VAC will not pick it up? Your only issue would be overwatch?

External cheats can be detected too, it's simply about personal choice. I mean, you can do a great aimbot, triggerbot, some glow in external too, but maybe you can do more with an internal. I think this guy like the game, like the cheats, and he/she practice programming and it's good for himself/herself and for the community too.

However every cheat can be detected, public cheats like this more often. Unless you don't use it after 24 hours of release chance of the ban is very rare.
