Your account is toast. And it's likely a IP and/or Hwid ban. So reinstalling your Windows OS by itself won't get you playing again. You need to remove all Epic related software, then refresh or reinstall your OS or change your hwid properly. Then get a new IP (changing your local IP obviously won't help at all) so you need to get a working, undetected VPN or proxy or if you can get your ISP to give you a new address that would be ideal. Finally, create a new account with Epic and re-download the software and try playing. Worked for me.

• Build a floor with 1 keypress in less than a milisecond (key = X)
• Build some stairs with 1 keypress in less than a milisecond (key = C)
• Automatically run with 1 keypress (key = V)

You need to have your building and run settings on default!

I always like those pls complaining about beeing banned while cheating, dude deal with it. The mods always tell u another time to use this stuff at own risk when they approve the hacks.
