Overwatch delay banning?

Today when I start a CSGO game I get kicked out In warmup and It said that I have been getting overwatch banned.
How?
I didn't even had time to inject..

And I haven't been playing obvious the last games either, I guess VACnet is on a new level

All VACnet does is send your demo to OW if it detects something suspicious (like you shooting at the ground and getting 5 headshots or something)
I think OW does delay bans to give more time for 'investigators' to determine if you really are cheating or not.
