Just interested to know what items have real world value in ROTMG and can actually sell? Also is selling items off stolen accounts allowed? I have thousands of ROTMG accounts which I'm currently running through muledump and have some nice results, a lot are SB but some aren't.

Sell what for? I have thousands and thousands of items / accounts. I decided to just max out multiple of my accounts to play and have a little fun. I still have tons of stuff left, that above screenshot was just an example.

They will sell for maybe $5, from what you shown above. Most are trash equips with no real money value. Doubt anyone would buy the account for the UTS alone.

Yea most valuables are decas or anything worth 7+ life / life pots
accounts alone depend on a lot more than uts like slots and how many 8/8's, the pet and your vault amount etc

I think your best bet would be to use the accounts with event UTs as a base and flesh them out a bit with some duped vaults and slots.
