One thing I am noticing is that the client will make csgo fluctuate in process usage when in game. Is there a certain reason for that? Is there code lurking thats going to be featured in an update that's running? Or do I have a potato PC?
Edit: I closed the client to double check and it makes a 12% CPU difference when I close it. When I open the client it increases my games CPU usage by 12%

Is hash's CPU usage increasing, or CS:GO?

Edit: For my PC, hash's usage rarely exceeds 2% usage, and CS:GO fluctuates all the time, whether hash is active or not.

I ran it as administrator. turned off AV, but still no luck. I execute .exe and nothing happens. no interface.
