Mac10s does not have a foregrip, it does have a sling loop sense it is use as a sidearm or anti personal weapon.

Video games often does that because you're part of an elite forces or para-military who can buy and gives out those types of weapons.

It also would make some sense, of why you have a foregrip with a weapon which kicked so hard, however the UZI barely does have any recoil.
