we apologize that we were not able to give you the fastest support. Please allow me to explain the situation.
Your first request was on February 7th, 2020 via our E-Mail support. We have sent the Invitation for your Premium-Upgrade on that same day before recieving a payment. Unfortunately, we haven't got a Payment within 72 Hours which leads our system to automatically remove you from the family.
You got back to us on February 11th, 2020. Our Support-Team has explained to you that you need to do the Payment first so that we can take your order again. You have paid on February 15th, 2020. Again, a delay of 4 Days before your previous approach.
Therefore, our algorithm for taking orders is going to place you in the back of the queue, just to allow new customers to accept the Invitations and otherwise there would be a slot-block.
