Hacking on mod packs?

Is there a way to get a xray hack on modded servers like FeedTheBeast or All The Mods? Something like a recoursepack or a hacked client?

Honestly, using a xray texture pack is better for what you want, you can always just find a free cheat and inject, though (if it has xray)

You can simply use an xray resource pack. No need for an actual hack.
